International Day of People with Disabilities

In honor of the international Day of People with disabilities, Al-Tufula center has recently organized a festive event to celebrate the achievement of Palestinian women with disabilities. The event hosted 50 Palestinian women with disabilities from Nazareth and the vicinity and the Northern villages. It concluded an opening in which the organization's board and the project coordinators delivered short speeches about the project, fun activities aiming at promoting team work between the women, yoga laughter workshop and distribution of appreciation certificates to celebrate the women's achievements. It's worth indicating that these women are involved in Al-Tufula through a program aiming at empowering Arab empowering women with disabilities and increasing their integration in social and business initiatives.
