18 women have recently graduated from Atida's initiative, aiming tat increasing the integration of Arab women in the Israeli labor market.

This group was characterized with high motivation and high attendance rates. The women developed very positive and healthy relations with the project's staff. Moreover, some women found work during the trainings and were integrated in suitable positions.
