Al-Tufula Staff and Board meet to set the organizations Strategic Plan. On the 29th of October, Al-Tufula staff and board members headed to Sinai for a five days retreat.  The retreat was planned to determine the organization's strategic plan.  The group worked for three intensive days in which they re-determined the organizations goals, vision and mission. They had also gone through the SWOT analysis conducted in last year's annual meeting.  The retreat was facilitated by Ms. Ghada Abu Jaber, who will accompany Al-Tufula throughout the whole year towards completing the process started in Sinai.
