Achievements and accomplishments in the field of Women Empowerment have been many over the years. Below are some of these achievements:

• Strengthening the capacities of women in Feminist research
• Strengthening the capacities of women in Advocacy and Lobbying
• Creation of Academic programs, recognized by the government
• Leadership training and community awareness programs on the issues of women
• Providing a support system, such as a nursery, to enable women to continue with professional employment
• Providing constant support and counseling to women
• Conducting various research projects pertaining to women's issues
• Changing women status laws at the government level by networking with other organizations
• Publishing materials on women gender issues
• Established various networks to deal with women issues
• Changed the Personal Status Law after 6 years of hard work
• Organized a CEDAW group. Wrote and published two shadow reports on the status of Palestinian women in Israel.
• Increased women's participation in the community by supporting them to implement various activities in our community
• Together with the women in the newly recognized villages, we established 5 different centers
• Conducted and published two researches: Palestinian Women Organizations and Women in the Media
• Raised the issue of Gender inequality on different levels
• Raised an awareness and initiated new program working with a very marginalized group; Palestinian women with special needs
